Cozy 2 bedroom/2 bathroom ground floor condo with free in-unit laundry. The stackable washer and dryer are in the closet across from the kitchen and available for your use during your stay. Nice, open and fully stocked kitchen- plates, cups, plastic wineglasses, cutlery, pots, pans, drip and Keurig coffee makers, blender, toaster, knife set, etc. We even provide your cooking essentials such as spices and herbs. The refrigerator, dishwasher and oven/stove are all brand new! The dining area has a table that seats 6 as well as seating for 3 at the bar. The living room has a brand new sleeper sofa and loveseat set with a gel foam mattress and microfiber sheets. (Blankets and pillows can be found in the second bedroom closet) The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with a brand new mattress. We provide soft microfiber sheets as well as very comfortable blankets and beachy bedspreads to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The primary bedroom has a small dresser at the end of the bed, mounted TV, ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with a large stand-up shower. Please note the closet in the primary bedroom is the owners' closet and not accessible nor for guest use. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a soft and comfortable mattress topper. We provide the same soft microfiber sheets, blankets and beachy bedspreads as provided for the primary bedroom. The secondary bedroom also has a mounted TV, ceiling fan and closet. Hangers are provided in the closet. In the closet you will also find extra pillows, blankets, a portable folding desk, rolling desk chair, and a beach wagon for your use during your stay. The back patio is accessible by both bedrooms. The main bathroom also has large stand-up shower with glass shower doors. This bathroom is located across from the kitchen. The living room and both bedrooms have smart TVs with cable as well as streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc...). Guests can log in with their own streaming accounts. We're proud to offer blazing-fast, high-speed internet that will keep you connected and entertained throughout your stay! Whether you're catching up on your favorite Netflix series, uploading stunning vacation photos, video chatting with loved ones back home, or even getting some work done while on vacation, our high-speed internet ensures you won't miss a beat. POLICIES & INFO *Per our Homeowner Association Rules and Regulations, we do not allow parties or spring breakers. During the month of March through Easter, this condo is a family only rental. Young groups will now be allowed to rent. *Our home is family-friendly and non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed in the home nor on the patios. Smoking is only permitted near the pool area or away from the parking area. Please make sure to pick up after yourself. *Per our Homeowner Association Rules and Regulations, we do not allow pets. *Guest capacity is a maximum of six guests per night. *Cozy two-bedroom/2 bathroom ground-floor condo *We strive to regularly update our photos and listing description; however, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in photos or descriptions. * Condo should be left in a similar condition to the way you find it when you check in. We do have a cleaning staff to clean and disinfect the condo before each guest, but ask that you please clean up after yourself while staying. Cleaning supplies are available under the kitchen sink along with a broom in the hall closet. * We have both a digital and physical welcome book available to help you plan your trip. Upon booking, we will provide you with the link for the digital version so that you can start planning your stay. The welcome book is a wealth of information with places to eat, activities and fun things to do. You will also find a physical copy upon your arrival on the living room coffee table along with some other books that you are welcome to reach during your stay. Other Details to Note
Upon returning from the beach, there is an outside shower between the two buildings as well as a foot shower directly in front of the unit where you can rinse off your shoes, feet, wagon, sand toys, and other items before returning to the condo. We request all guests rinse off sand before re-entering the condominium. We also ask that you kindly remove your shoes at the front door to help keep the sand to a minimum in the condo. Please reach through the digital welcome book before your arrival as well as when you check in. It is packed with information about South Padre, including fun things to do, places to eat, etc., as well as important information about the condo and how to use various appliances. Please note: There is an 11% hotel tax and a 6% accommodations tax that is charged to all Texas short-term rental properties. This fee will be shown when you reserve. This is paid directly to Texas State and Cameron County taxing authorities.
